1. Our company name is TCY Motors Sdn Bhd and we are located at G-3rd/F Lot 59215, Simpang 50 Jalan Dato Ratna, Kg. Kiarong, BSB Brunei Darussalam. In this policy we have referred to TCY Motors Sdn Bhd as: we, us, our or TCY Motors Sdn Bhd.

5.B If you have purchased goods or services from us or from our selected partners, we will keep the data relating to that purchase (e.g. order forms and invoices and related correspondence) for indefinite years from the date of the contract.

5.C Voice recordings of telephone calls and CCTV images shall be kept for indefinite months.

5.D If you have requested that we do not send you marketing information we will always retain sufficient information to ensure that we remember to comply with your request.

5.E The periods stated in this section may be extended if we are required by law to keep your data for a longer period.
